September:Schedule for filming
Friday 18th September 2015: We will begin shooting the tricky shots that may appear in our short film to ensure that during production we will successfully shoot the shots without having to redo them. It will enable us to commit more to time to the production and post production and will also allow all of us to have a practice on the cameras before the initial start date of filming. The shots we aim to shoot are:
The vertigo effect(Dolly Zoom)
Shallow depth of field
Graphic Match
Chase scene up flights of stairs
Canted Angle
Monday 21st September 2015: We aim to edit the footage and compile into a 'Tricky shots' video in order to demonstrate our skills and planning. The software we will use to edit is Adobe Premier as we used Final cut last year and wanted to master a new software so we could vary between the two. We also wanted to use an adobe software as we are creating a poster using another Adobe programme.
Wednesday 23rd September 2015: Today will be our first day of shooting, the part of the script we aim to film is the car park chase scene as it is a complicated aspect to the plot. It contains various shots which needs a lot of time committed to it. As well as the HDV cameras we will take smaller camcorders to create a video diary of our production to create a bloopers and DVD extras of our film Playback. We will need, a camera(HDV), tripod, camcorder and a wheelchair.
